If you are interested in buying one of our property deals located across England then you need to follow the simple step-by-step instructions below :-
          

         Step 1: Text the number on the email to register interest on the property of your choice and we will call you back to discuss. These will sell quickly so to avoid missing out be quick. Please only contact us as instructed. We continually get emails which we do not see until later in the day after all properties will have been sold.

         Step 2: We will call all investors back in the order we receive the texts to discuss the deal and property, SO BE QUICK!

         Step 3: If you wish to proceed with a property, we will send you Terms and Conditions for your review and signature. Once these have been returned to us signed, we will issue an invoice for the full finder's fee. The property is still available to other investors until the full fee has been paid.

         Step 4: Once the Terms and Conditions have been signed and returned and the full fee paid, the property will be reserved. We will be actively speaking with all our investors until we have received the full fee and Terms and Conditions back, even if you have verbally told us that you want it.

         Step 5: If you have paid the fee and returned the signed Terms and Conditions, then congratulations. Please await further instruction from us.
